Resumen:
The LHC allows, for the first time, to test directly the many hypothetical extensions of the SM developed over the last 30 years, and in particular those addressing the Naturalness Problem which generically predict new particles at the TeV scale. I will consider the scenario of a Composite Higgs boson, and describe its most promising experimental signatures, associated with the presence of relatively light colored fermionic partners of the top quark. I will also discuss simplified effective approaches to the parametrization of these top partners, which might serve as benchmark models around which a dedicated search program could be constructed. I will also show the bounds that can be inferred by recasting present LHC searches.
